George brings a strong academic and practical background in economics, management, and real estate. He is a professor of economics, a licensed real estate agent, and an active investor managing his own property portfolio.
His qualifications include:
Degree in Management
Master’s in Strategic Management (taught in English)
Degree in Law
George’s expertise allows him to evaluate investments not only from a financial perspective, but also from a strategic and long-term value standpoint. He advises clients on market trends, location analysis, profitability, and scalable investment strategies, particularly in real estate and business development.

Richard

Co-Manager, Lawyer & Legal Advisor

Richard is a co-manager and qualified lawyer, with solid experience in legal advisory and regulatory frameworks relevant to foreign investment in Romania. His role focuses on ensuring that every investment decision is legally sound, compliant, and structured for long-term security.
